We want you to love your purchase! Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

All return I tems must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Because our products are hygiene-sensitive, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any hair that has been used, installed, or altered (washed, colored, cut, etc.).

Customers must contact Sleiyd within SEVEN (7) DAYS of purchase to request an exchange.

Hair MUST NOT be:

Unwrapped

Combed

Brushed

Have fingers ran through it

Worn

Altered in any way

If the hair has been altered, the exchange will be denied and the hair will be returned back to you.
