• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and hair products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, worn, installed, altered, brushed, cut, colored, or removed from original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, lengths, textures, and processing times before placing an order.
• Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or stolen/lost packages marked as delivered.
• Customers must ensure all billing and shipping information is correct before checkout.
• Fraudulent or suspicious orders may be canceled at our discretion.
• Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in refusal of future service.
• By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that hair extensions and wigs require proper maintenance and results may vary based on care and installation.
• Custom, pre-order, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-cancelable once production has started.
